虎頭埤風景區管理所主任陳宏田表示，平常假日會有800人入園，今天一早就看到不少遊客攜家帶眷入園，很多都是台南的民眾，大家都很開心終於能出門透透氣，截至中午479人入園，遊客大概回流6成。
他說，虎頭埤是不少台南人的「後花園」，在這波疫情下，面臨開園以來首度次休園長達2個月，許多習慣每天來健走的老面孔，期盼微解封盼了好久，13日一微解封就來報到了。倒是以往假日會有2、3000人入園的山上水道博物館，今天上午人數仍少，館方分析，遊客對於微解封出遊仍保守。
