Taipei, Sept. 7 (CNA) The Coast Guard Administration (CGA) said Wednesday that it is searching by sea and air for a missing Filipino deckhand employed on a Taiwanese fishing boat who reportedly fell overboard off the coast of Penghu County on Tuesday afternoon.
