Xiaomi has entered the premium segment once again with the Mi 11 as its nomination in the segment. The handset was launched in China back in December of 2020 and has now been launched globally. The pricing for the smartphone places it in the same bracket as the Galaxy S21+.

The smartphone is a powerhouse with top notch specifications which puts it in the big players league. The Mi 11 is a worthy competitor to Samsung s Galaxy S21 series that was launched just last month. Not the Ultra, but the S21+. We can t compare the Ultra with Mi 11 as the former goes much higher in price and the Standard S21 just falls short in build quality when compared to the Mi 11.

Xiaomi Mi 11 price and specifications for the global market has been announced. The flagship smartphone was launched late last year in China and is now available in select global markets. Xiaomi is expected to announce the Mi 11 India launch date very soon. The device packs premium hardware like a Snapdragon 888 SoC, 108MP camera, a WQHD+ 120Hz display, etc.

Xiaomi has launched the Mi 11 in Europe in two storage configurations. The Mi 11 price for the 8GB + 128GB variant is set at EUR 749 (roughly Rs 65,800). The 8GB + 256GB storage option is priced at EUR 799 (roughly Rs 70,100). It comes in Cloud White, Horizon Blue, and Midnight Grey colour options. Xiaomi did not launch the Mi 11 12GB + 256GB storage option in Europe.

Selfie camera with filters
On the front, the Mi 11 has a 20MP selfie camera. You can also apply a wide range of filters in the camera app.
Chinese smartphone maker Xiaomi has unveiled its flagship smartphone Mi 11 in the global market through a virtual event that features Qualcomm Snapdragon 888 5G mobile platform, making it one of the first smartphones to come with this processor. The smartphone comes in two storage variants 8GB+128GB and 8GB+256GB at Euro 749 and Euro 799, respectively and it will be available from March.
Xiaomi Mi 11 features 6.81-inch AMOLED panel with WQHD+ resolution, a 120Hz maximum refresh rate and 1500 nits maximum brightness. It supports HDR10+ and 100 per cent of the DCI-P3 colour gamut. The display is housed in a minimal-bezel chassis with a 91.4 per cent screen to body ratio and protected by the toughest Gorilla Glass Victus.
