The funeral service for Rittmanic was held at the Hawkins Centennial Chapel at Olivet Nazarene University, with a procession following to the Abraham Lincoln National Cemetery.
Sgt. Marlene Rittmanic and her partner Tyler Bailey were shot allegedly by Xandria Harris and Darius Sullivan last week. Rittmanic died from her injuries.
