Now the coroner says he is Benjamin Deen, a 39yearold man from clovis, which is about nine miles northeast of fresno. Both of them were in the crosswalk at ofarrell when the tesla crashed into them. The evidence yellow markers on yellow street shows how far they were thrown. Police say the black tesla crashed into them a man and a woman in the crosswalk of ofarrell just three blocks from union square. I heard it from my apartment, which is just a loud screeching. Investigators say the biker was trying to pass toyota prius. The two collided around 12 30 this morning and the biker was thrown off the motorcycle. Police say a pickup driver then ran over the biker and did not stop. The biker died at the scene. The driver of the prius is cooperating with police.
