West Pittston-based attorney Laura Dennis announced Monday night she is running for Luzerne County judge this year, making her the second candidate to officially enter the race.
âIâve practiced law for close to two and half decades in civil, criminal, family, juvenile, and orphanâs courts. I know my way around a courtroom and I know the judicial system inside and out,â Dennis said in a statement.
Dennis has 23 years of experience as a lawyer, having opened her West Pittston law practice in 1998.
âIâve had the privilege of representing clients from all walks of life in all types of cases. I approach every case with a profound sense of responsibility and commitment to the people I represent.
