A Republican juggernaut coupled with the coronavirus made Montana’s 2021 legislative session one of the most unique and combative political bouts in years.
On Monday afternoon during a work session between staff and the commission, the decision was made to pull back the limited permit proposals in eight districts.
The special counsel was investigating the involvement of state Attorney General Austin Knudsen, his deputy Kris Hansen and state Public Service Commissioner Jennifer Fielder.
