Taipei, March 20 (CNA) Chung Yi-jen (鍾逸人), one of the leaders of the Taichung-based "27 Brigade," which engaged in armed resistance against Kuomintang (KMT) troops during the 228 Incident in 1947, has died at the age of 102.
Last time I visited the National 228 Memorial Museum, I complained about the challenges in navigating the English translation of the otherwise excellent Scars on the Land: Midnight Commotion (土地傷痕:午夜喧囂) display.
