Chef Adria Wu is to launch a London-based, delivery-only concept that will serve as a sister brand to her six-strong natural food and juice bar group maple&CO.
Called Maple Street Eats, the virtual brand will initially only be available in west London through Deliveroo, UberEats and Just Eat, but Wu hopes to expand it across the rest of the capital by the end of the year.
Building on the foundations of maple&CO, Maple Street Eats will offer a feel-good food that s inspired by global flavours .
The menu includes a range of rice bowls and signature salads, as well as street eats including the plant-street burger featuring a vegan patty, roasted garlic and herb vegan mayonnaise, lettuce, tomato, cheez and gherkins; and macaroni in a three-cheese sauce with kale, broccoli and mangetout, and topped with crispy herbed breadcrumbs.
