Vikarabad:In an unfortunate incident, a woman passenger was killed and 10 others injured when a TSRTC bus fell into a gorge on Ananthagiri Hills ghat road in Vikarabad district on Sunday. It is suspected that break failure is said to be the cause behind the mishap. Upon receiving the information about the incident, the police reached the spot and took up rescue operations. The
CCTV cameras installed by the Gurugram Metropolitan Development Authority (GMDA) across various junctions in the city are now being equipped with Artificial Intelligence to track No Helmet , Wrong Side Driving and Not Wearing Seat-Belt .
192 FIRs were registered by the city police for wrong-side driving on March 26 itself. Whereas, 391 vehicles were removed from roads in a single day on March 16, the official said.
During an interactive Facebook Live session, Mumbai Police Commissioner Sanjay Pandey warned motorists that they would be in trouble if they get caught driving the wrong direction.
