responders. we re also talking about the justice department this morning announcing, in fact, it will conduct a review of the law enforcement response to the school shooting in uvalde. it is coming at the request of uvalde s mayor after authorities admitted to a string of failures in their response to the shooting. a justice department spokesperson said in part this, the goal of the review is to provide an independent account of law enforcement actions and responses that day, and to identify lessons learned and best practices to help first responders prepare for and respond to active shooter events. the doj saying after its review, it will publish a report with all of its findings. we are learning more about that chaotic scene that unfolded when agents did finally move in on the shooter. a u.s. customs and border protection official, who spoke to the washington post, describing a chaotic scene, with no one really sure who was in charge. quote this, the agent saw bullet ho
