real pies but in this chart we showed that 46 percent of households pay no income taxes maybe social security or medicare but no income taxes. there might be a few if that category who really can t and shouldn t. but allowans and depreciation and write offs and such, that many can end up paying no income tax, the president is not going to refer to fairness on that but on the rich issue. how will that resonate back home? guest: we have a challenge in america because about half of country is getting something from government. and his message is going to appeal to them. republicans have got to appeal to the half of machines who are paying income taxes and working and know better. it is not a matter of watering down our message to appeal to the half that want more from government. we have to unite that part of america that understands what makes us great. and it is not going to be easy because it sounds good to say tax the rich.
