So i dont know if something happened prior. Reporter two other skateboarders with the attacker are seen in the video taunting the ranger and one of them videotapes the beating. Video even with the men skateboarding from the scene after hurling some racial slurs at the ranger. He went as far as using slurs, against the park ranger, calling him the n word and all that. Reporter again 19 yearold chris Curtis Tanner is facing several charges. As for the 17 yearold he has not been identified because he is a a juvenile.
