And each officer, continues to anticipate that this is going to go on and continue to move the line, those are the canisters that they use to put inside that they then shoot off that disburses some, makes a really loud noise and gives off this kind of gas, but it is not a noxious gas. But it is meant to push the crowds back without having to resort to tear gas, or the bean bags that they often use in situations like this. So again, we heard from the mayor that they are trying to take a measured approach, that they want to give people the opportunity to protest peacefully, but that they do not want to see any violence, or any escalating damage in the city.
