i worked at that airport. we did maintenance on helicopters where reportedly this helicopter came from. if it was coming in and seeing the last-minute flight, it depends on the experience of the pilot. if you have no visibility, what you need to be doing is climbing, not thinking about landing. you need to be climbing. the idea that he may have attempted a controlled landing is pretty farfetched. i think there was something that had to be going wrong for him to try to land. he knows what the tallest building is if he s flying into the area. if you lose visibility, you climb, especially at that altitude where you may not have forward air speed. you climb and get out of there as quickly as you can. forgive me, david, i thought you were a pilot. no. i know the ntsb is now in charge of the investigation. we know that they re meeting. the mayor is with the police commissioner and fire. we know ntsb is in charge of this. can you take us behind closed
