The pheasant opener is next Saturday in Minnesota, and while it might not be the unofficial state holiday that it used to be the passion is still out there and prospects statewide are good.

WORTHINGTON Nobles County Pheasants Forever has a lot to celebrate when it gathers for a non-traditional banquet next month in Worthington.
