Adrian house deemed hazardous, to be razed

The home is owned by LeRoy and Lori Pettibone, who continue to reside at the residence. The county’s public health unit has responded to complaints about the property since the fall of 2019, and nuisance issues continue to persist. Jason Kloss, environmental health manager with Southwest Health and Human Services, completed an updated inspection of the home on April 8.
