Usha Poonawalla Chairperson of Ficci Flo, Pune Chapter , holds a Masters in Commerce and Business Administration, is also a Law graduate (LLB). She has been in the business of Liquified Petroleum Gas (LPG) for the last 36 years and has recently diversified into the business of Compressed Natural Gas (CNG), being the first woman licensee in India. Both LPG and CNG sectors are male-dominated fields. As the Vice President of the All India LPG Distributors’ Federation (AILDF) and as the Senior Vice President of the All India Bharatgas Distributors’ Association (AIBDA), she plays a key role in helping the LPG fraternity.

jkiaski@heraldstaronline.com STEUBENVILLE Holy Trinity Greek Orthodox Church has announced the cancellation of its annual Christmas Day Memorial Dinner this year due to COVID -19. For nine years, Holy Trinity has been serving a free Christmas Day meal. Last year, in 2019, more than 600 meals were served. “This year we had to make the difficult decision to cancel our annual Christmas Day dinner, due to the CDC guidelines, state guidelines and COVID safety concerns for our volunteers and guests,” noted Spiro Alexander. “We are not equipped to sponsor a safe sit-down or take-out meal. We felt it was best to not hold the dinner.”
