PHILIPPINE Normal University (PNU) faculty member Dr. Melissa Bartolome participated in the final meeting of Global Leaders for Young Children in Asia Pacific (APAC) held at York Hotel in Singapore on November 18 to 20, 2023, according to PNU President Dr. Bert Tuga.
