The menopause is also being seen as one possible reason why women hold fewer of the top jobs than men. Menopause, it tends to happen when a woman is between 45 and 55, but it can happen even earlier. It will impact different women in different ways and there are dozens of different symptoms. And some women may not experience any of them at all.
