leaning toward terrorism might be a lot closer to zero. so i would love to see realtime fact checking and maybe the way to do that is with some sort of ticker underneath the screen. i hope i see that tonight. yamiche, there s been some thought and reporting on the idea that the president is walking us up to declaring a national emergency to get his border wall. do you think that s realistic based on your reporting? is that what they want? i think based on my reporting the president is trending to wanting to use that power to declare a national emergency, i should say. i m really going to be looking for the president s words, the way that he talks about a national emergency plan. if he says the legal counsel at the white house here feels as though we re confident we can push this through, if he starts going on the offense, if we re challenged to court, we look forward to a vigorous defense of our national emergency plan, i think those key words are something to listen to.
