There is still a travel advisory asking southwest customers to show up at least two hours before the flight. The problem started yesterday just afternoon. This is mainly impacting the service desk inside the airports nationwide and the southwest website and mobile app. Were only talking about Southwest Airlines being affected here. No other airlines have reported issues with this. Right now the airline is using backup systems, there are still delays, and a little over 1 in 10 southwest flights yesterday experienced a delay because of this.
