Last week, the Portland City Council unanimously authorized an $82,000 grant for the Portland Opportunities Industrialization Center (POIC) and Rosemary Anderson High School (RAHS) Work Opportunities Training Internship Program, which provides internship placement, training, career coaching, and practical support to 16- to 24-year-olds.
