I think one of the worst things as a kid is what you want to do. Its not what you want to do. Its why do you do the things you do . You could design a life that is focused on your watch being aware of work as a way of expression. People ask me what motivates me every day and i look, im just being me. I started my company because it was an expression of myself. I am just painting on a canvas, but i think if we can teach them that think of their work and their life as a place to express themselves and then dream what they see themselves becoming. Having that strategic mistake makes you think more long term rather than the short term what athletes are told to picture making the shot before they take the shot. And i think that the same thing is true for the rest of us. We have to picture what our goal is, is looking like and not just pick an arbitrary goal, but what do we want our life to look like . And then create a plan to get there. And we can help kids do better, but its in their own
You know all a conversation with your coworkers you dont have those and you want to meet up with friends and even with strangers and people are wearing a mask you dont see this smiles in the last on their faces and so i think now more than ever isnt it really into how we use humor not just for our own kind of amusement but also to do things like manage stress in built relationships and you know all the additional good its you are youve sat in attack talk that humor has to be positive and inclusive but heres the thing isnt humor supposed to be just funny 1st and foremost sins that that like the most important thing in humor and then Everything Else. So thats true for comedy comedy is the goal is to make people laugh but we think is a little bit more broad than comedy it includes things that are funny but it can also be something thats just a little bit different or something is a little bit silly where the goal is. And our focus at least you know as a humor engineer at my organization i
Modernizing the teleworking moving forward using Lessons Learned during the covid19 pandemic. We should have some good come out of this pandemic. This hearing is focused on what we can gain, what gaps are still there, and what better we can do for this process. Its been a decade since the last telework legislation. The telework enhancement act of it set the baseline standards 2010. For them to follow with telework and over the last 10 years, weve seen great advances in technology and workforce expectations and the increase in cybersecurity threats. So many changes in the world, it makes sense to take a close look at the telework policies and strategies than the federal workforce. Current pandemic has acted as a magnifying glass for telework policy improvement. This Committee Held a hearing in july and during the hearing we were able to gather valuable information concerning what private employers have done to support the Remote Workforce and we were able to draw Lessons Learned with ho

Dus good Tuesday Morning i spoke with aws ceo exclusively last night covering a wide range of topics. Youll hear about all hour including Data Warehousing and the emergence of snowflake in that space which by the way runs on aws heres what jasy said about whether there is room enough for snowflake and aws sorry, snowflake competitor from aws red shift in the market. I think its unquestionable that theres room for both snowflake and red shift to be very successful and grow to be very, you know, a lot larger than both of them are today. We launched redshift back in 2012 and it was the first Data Warehouse built for the cloud and continues to be the largest Data Warehouse in the cloud. And, you know, snowflake built a Data Warehousing offering as well that is also strong offering and largely runs on top of aws we work just as hard for snowflake in trying to make it easy for people to use redshift. From our perspective, if customers want to run on snowflake for their Data Warehouse on top
