Wellbeing Is Just As Valuable To Workers As Their Pay, Study Finds

According to a State of Work-Life Wellness 2024 report by Gympass, a complete corporate wellness platform, 93% of workers consider their wellbeing to be equally critical as their salary, up by 10 points year-over-year. Eighty-seven percent of employees would consider resigning from an organization that does not emphasize the wellbeing of its workers.
