Prime minister David Cameron is stepping down amid the historic vote to leave the European Union. Cameron said the british people need new leadership. I will do everything i can as Prime Minister to steady the ship over the coming weeks and months, but i do not think it would be right for me to try to be the captain that steers our country to its next destination. This is not a decision ive taken lightly, but i do believe its in the National Interest to have a period of stability, and then the new leadership required. There is no need for a precise timetable today, but in my view, we should aim to have a new Prime Minister in place by the start of the conservative party the vote to leave the eu sent the british stock market plunging more than 7 within minutes of opening this morning. Quite an active scene here on spotswood drive in orlando. Can you see quite a few Sheriff Deputies here on scene. Investigators are working to figure out what happened. Heres what we know so far, the Orange County Sheriff Office says it happened around 1 00 p. M. Investigators say a 13yearold boy was visiting relatives at their home when he was shot. He was taken to Arnold Palmer hospital in Critical Condition. Tony saw a young person being taken away on a stretcher. He heard shots being fired, this is what he told us heard happened. At this point i know that the kid got shot in the neck. Apparently they were just playing with guns. I heard he was 13 if. 13 . Young kid. Was he playing with a cousin or friend . I guess somehow it went off and next thing you know, all of this is happening. You can see quite a few investigators are here on scene working to figure out what happened.
