Fairfield extends advanced life support services with Medic Ambulance FAIRFIELD The City Council on Tuesday adopted a resolution that amends the Public-Private Partnership Agreement with Medic Ambulance Services for delivering advanced life support services. Fire Chief Anthony Velasquez said finalizing the agreement was one of the department’s top accomplishments of the current fiscal year. Fairfield Fire Department Chief Tony Velasquez “We’ve been working on this for a couple of years,” Velasquez said in a phone interview. Benicia, Dixon, Vallejo and now Suisun City are also part of the agreement. Medic Ambulance has been an authorized provider of advanced life support services within Solano County since 2000.
