In their book “From Here to Equality: Reparations for Black Americans in the Twenty-First Century,” the authors say the amount of reparations should be determined by what it will take to eliminate the Black-White wealth gap between $10 trillion and $12 trillion, or $200,000 to $250,000 per eligible recipient, which they estimate to be abo
