shortly. this is nashville, tennessee. covenant school here. this is pre-k-6th grade. web the last hour there has been a shooting there. we ve been telling you about everything we can learn, the details are slow to come in. so, metro police in nashville are investigating the shooting at the covenant presbyterian school. three students were shot, that much we know. we are working to confirm at fox whether or not those three are safe now. if they are in recovery. other outlets are reporting that is not the case. we are still working. we don t want to get it wrong. we can tell you that the shooter is dead. the shooter according to rapider built university medical center has passed away. a student reunification, i gave you this address earlier, woodmont baptist church, 2100 woodmont boulevard. i am also
transported out of the building and into that reunification site. so that is where parents can go to be reunited with their students. there is a hotline set up for parents to go, but right now go to 2100 woodmont boulevard, woodmont baptist church. additionally, we have a debriefing site set up for on-staff personnel working this incident, and there are mental health professionals set up there for them as well. there was one police officer that was injured with a hand injury as a result of making an attack on this incident, but other than that, no additional injuries to first responders or personnel responding to this. and as don mentioned earlier, we will have further updates coming later on in the afternoon. on a typical day there would
