The Sheridan County Commission has ratified documents concerning two lots in the Trailside at Woodland Park Subdivision.
A Partial Release of Mortgage, an Assignment of Affordable Housing Agreement, and a Third Party Mortgage and Note with Ash Investments for Lots 19 and 20 were approved during the Consent Agenda portion of their recent meeting.
The Trailside at Woodland Park Affordable Housing Project consists of entry-level single-family homes located near Woodland Park Elementary School.
The project was partially funded with money provided from a $340,000 sum set up by the Sheridan County Commission for affordable housing projects in the county.
