Childline Se Dosti week observed in Mokokchung

Our CorrespondentMokokchung, Nov. 21 (EMN): ‘Childline Se Dosti’, a weeklong national campaign that aims to make citizens stakeholders in CHILDLINE 1098, culminated on November 20 in Mokokchung district. The campaign involved an array of events and activities across the country to spread awareness on CHILDLINE 1098, the emergency phone helpline number for children in need of care and protection. In Mokokchung too, under the directive of the Childline India Foundation (CIF), Childline 1098  Mokokchung observed ‘Childline Se Dosti’ week  from November 14 to the 20th by organising various activities to mark the celebration. The Childline visited Unger village and sensitised the parents followed by distribution of stationeries to about 50 children.
