According to police, a man who lives in the apartment complex heard his car alarm going off. He came outside and saw another man breaking into his car. At some point, both exchanged gunfire, and the suspect was struck by the gunfire.
Harris County deputies said an apartment resident got into a shootout with a man they said was breaking into their car at a complex along Woodforest Boulevard.
The Harris County Sheriff’s Office said Tuesday that a man was found dead in his northeast Harris County apartment and his sister made the grisly discovery.
