And from tomorrow, NHS staff will begin vaccinating people aged 65 to 69 and those who are clinically vulnerable against the virus, with over one million people already invited to book a jab. Woodchurch Vaccination Centre celebrating passing the 17,000 mark for jabs on Friday (February 12), helping to protect both high-risk category patients and health care workers. A makeshift sign displayed at the centre, which is in the grounds of Woodchurch Leisure Centre, said that the figure equates to approximately 21% of the West Wirral population.
