WILLIAMSBURG — A man and woman arrested on murder charges late last week following the discovery of a missing 4-year-old have been arraigned in Whitley District Court.
WILLIAMSBURG — The Whitley County Sheriff s Office is reporting the arrest of two individuals Thursday following the discovery of a four-year-old who had apparently not been seen since late September.
