Reporter were told francisco plans to file a civil lawsuit against the school district. We expect a formal announcement on monday. New at 5 00, a special needs student attacked on a school bus by the parent of another student. This is the father accused in the attack. 43yearold burenss herd, its said he climbed onto his sons school bus and accused other students of bullying his 8yearold son. The bus was carrying special education students. It stopped on this block of carlson boulevard to pick up herds son and the father climbed aboard and allegedly attacked. Began yelling a screaming on students, focused on one student, picked him up and hit him against the side of the school bus. The fifth grader suffered a small cut to his cheek and ear. The father was arrested, police say he was intoxicated. Hes been charged with felony child abuse and hes in jail.
