Change. The city of las vegas would not talk on camera. But they say a full internal investigation is taking place. The Southern Nevada health district. Has still not responded to fox five. About reports of bugs at the sliver nugget casino. Our investigation began after photos were posted online claiming to show bugs in the restuarant and gaming areas of the casino. He had been held for running over and killing a man. He was reimprisoned last may. Jim we are learning more information about an i4 worker who was killed while on the job yesterday. Hourly employees were told to take the day off with pay. Supervisors and salaried workers still reported but with a different focus. Certainly we re going to be , reviewing access and how we control dump trucks coming in and out of the area, but certainly we don t want to look at just that.
