chief white house correspondent for the washington times, peter baker. thank you for being here. what do you think we should expect to hear from the speech tonight? well, i do think you have this moment for president biden of great, you know, peril because we, both politically and geopolitically, right. he is at a point in his presidency he wanted to reset things after some setbacks in congress, the built back better, the voting rights act didn t go anywhere. he wanted to recharge his standing with the people. now suddenly he has to explain to the people why he is taking a strong stand and doing what he is doing with russia and ukraine and why it may affect americans, the prices at the pump for instance. i think you will hear him talk about the domestic agenda, he will talk about bringing down the price of drugs, talk about the pieces of the build back better act that won t go out together but be broken into pieces to go at them one at a time. he will talk about the need for
