The group, mostly aged 14 and 15, wished to remain anonymous. The man, believed to be in his 40s or 50s, “aggressively” asked the group what they were doing and got “increasingly agitated” as the event went on. He shouted explicit sentiments about rape and sexual violence and transphobic statements including “boys in dresses deserve what they get” and “boys in dresses should be bullied”. The group called police, and said they took about 15 to 20 minutes to arrive.
