US-based Altimetrik has rolled out a new initiative under its diversity mandate in india.
The ‘Women’s Initiative for Networking Growth and Success’ (WINGS) programme will focus on hiring women in India. The programme has been launched for women employees in India first before the global rollout.
The company also aims to grow its India ratio of women employees from 22% to 32% incrementally by the end of 2021 through its digital talent platform, sensitisation, skilling and mental wellness initiatives.
