Kota Kinabalu: A traditional costume must have a story to tell, whether on how it was made or its stitchwork, said KDCA Women’s Council Chairperson Joanna Datuk Kitingan.
The Huguan Siou Education and Charitable Foundation received RM15,000 from a fundraising initiative by the Kadazan Dusun Cultural Association (KDCA) Women Council in conjunction with the council’s Women’s Day celebration.
The Ceria Kadazan Dusun Tiong Monggis Kindergarten also received RM10,000 from the council as part of the same fundraiser.
