Young Women in Energy and Women Building Futures are putting together a first of its kind event at the Fort McMurray Oil Sands Conference and Trade Show to promote and encourage women in oil and gas.
Several women entrepreneurs were invited to the Women Building Wyoming vendor showcase at the Central Wyoming Fairgrounds Industrial Building on Saturday.
A new task force will recommend ways to build stronger connections between schools and jobs while helping students enter their chosen field sooner and ensuring employers have the skilled workers they need.
