A blueprint of the routes its envisioning was released on Friday. The blueprint was developed in conjunction with state and federal transportation officials and can be viewed below.All Aboard Ohio, which is a nonprofit, member-based organization dedicated to promoting improved public transportation and passenger rail service throughout the state, said Amtrak was looking at expanding five routes in particular. CLEVELAND (WOIO) - Amtrak is making plans to expand passenger rail service in Ohio and beyond.
A map of proposed routes posted by the nonprofit public transportation advocacy group All Aboard Ohio shows five new routes, including one from Cleveland to Cincinnati that would run three times each day.
