Well, alison its only been three days since that train filled with smoke and had to be evacuated and already tomorrow the very first lawsuit will officially be filed. Now, the man filing that lawsuit, his name is malbert rich, a 53yearold new yorker who according to his lawyer was just released from the Georgetown University hospital. He says he is suing to make metro safer. Now, he said hed also like some compensation though he wouldnt say how much and wouldnt discuss his injuries. But what he would discuss is that he believed that he was going to die when that train filled with smoke. He even sent a goodbye text to his mother and two of his children.
