That congress isnt in the 21th century and that we cant vote remotely i mean you have cases that congresswoman katie porter and congresswoman diana ross legal may have called in 19 they obviously cant come in they should be able to vote a remotely of people have resisted this in congress out of tradition but we need to get into the 21th century and do what almost every other Major Institution does which is half the provisions tha will work remotely. So is anyone even talking about it congressman. I attended the Community Meetings before the retro fit of north basin. When asked why south basin was not being receipt retrofitt d retrofitted, it made no reference to north basin. In the puc report from 2018, the report states that both basins have been retrofitted. In the current 10year capital plan, the plan does refer to south basin.
