developing. first of all a very powerful winter storm system that is winding across the central u.s. towards the great lakes pushing toward the northeast. what we have seen have been airport cancellations, thousands of flights that were canceled. what is the most immediate problem we re seeing now besides the bitterly cold air, with a blizzard conditions and wind chills well below zero, roads are becoming impassable. very quickly. you may have mentioned in the past hour as we go live with these updates during the overnight hours, interstate 70 running across missouri and also a portion of interstate 44 from around springfield into oklahoma, a very dangerous situation in illinois. to the south-southwest of chicago. they are saying we have a life-threatening situation. secondary roads are impassable.
