With many previous honorees in attendance and with family, including her mom, a retired registered nurse, near her side, Rachelle H. Schultz, Ed.D., heard why she was selected by a committee of community members and previous honorees as the recipient of this year’s Winona Health Foundation Ben and Adith Miller Community Service Tribute.
Included in Schultz’s nomination were comments from community leaders including Winona City Manager, Steve Sarvi; Winona County Administrator, Ken Fritz; and Minnesota Marine Art Museum Executive Director, Nicole Chamberlain-Dupree.
