The head of Winnipeg's Siloam Mission says the hundreds of hot turkey dinners distributed free of charge on Monday is a way to spread Easter's message of hope.

Sobriety is no longer a requirement for those seeking to access Siloam Mission services. Their new behaviour-based policy means if a person isn't causing trouble, they're welcome.
