The mayor of wildfire-devastated Enterprise, N.W.T., says his relations with the territorial government have become 'tense, at best' after the hamlet council was warned not to purchase homes for now-homeless residents.
Winnie Cadieux's art gallery and gift shop was incinerated by a wildfire along with 90 per cent of the community in August. 'Is it time to just let it rest?' she asks.
