Photo by Nick Brancaccio /Windsor Star Article content Members of a historic Black Windsor church are speaking out after being denied funding under a federal government program designed to support Black communities because they didn’t meet eligibility requirements. “I’m not here to complain about being rejected,” said church clerk Nancy Allen. “I’m here to say, when you’re rejected because of your ethnicity or you’re told that you’re not Black enough to receive this grant, because it was for a Black-led organization, that’s very, very it’s disheartening.”
