Pens Season Ticket Holder is First Responder for PA Air National Guard by Caleigh Burchfield / Pittsburgh Penguins During the COVID-19 pandemic, this country has relied on our first responders more than ever before over these past months. Penguins season ticket holder Jacob Linsenbigler is one of those first responders. Linsenbigler, a Pittsburgh native, has been a public health technician with the 171st Air Refueling Wing of the Pennsylvania Air National Guard for almost 10 years. Normally, his unit deals with a lot of different entities on base: communicable diseases; occupational health-related illnesses and injuries; enforcing OSHA and federal guidelines; food inspections, entomology and epidemiology; and a hodgepodge of different medical preventative measures to make sure that our members are being as safe as possible.
